The Nigerian Air Force (NAF), through the Directorate of Music, has concluded the 2nd edition of its free holiday musical instrument training for dependents of NAF personnel aged 6–18 years, conducted across Commands and Units from 3 August to 4 September 2026. The four-week initiative, undertaken in furtherance of the Chief of the Air Staff’s welfare initiatives, provided the young participants with practical exposure to musical instruments while promoting creativity, discipline, confidence, emotional maturity and social development. Beyond keeping them productively engaged during the holiday, the training reflects NAF’s commitment to investing in the intellectual capacity and overall wellbeing of its personnel’s dependents, while nurturing talents that can contribute positively to society.
