1. Air Vice Marshall David Dung Pwajok, was hails from Du in Jos South LGA of Plateau State. He attended University of Jos Staff School (78 - 83) for his primary education and Baptist High School Jos (83 – 88) for his secondary education. He gained admission into the Nigerian Defence Academy on 17 Sep 89 as a member of 41 RC and graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electrical/Electronics) in 1993.He was commissioned into the Nigerian Air Force on 17 Sep 94 in the rank of pilot officer.
2. Air Vice Marshall DD Pwajok has attended both military and civil courses. They include Officers Basic Communication Course at 320 TTG (95-96), Ab-initio Flying Training at 301 FTS Kaduna (99-01) and Junior Command and Staff Course at AFCSC (Jan-Jun02). Others are Professional Course on NIGCOMSAT-1 satellite at the Chinese Academy of Space Technology (CAST) Beijing (05-07), Senior Staff Course at AFCSC Jaji (08-09), Masters in International Affairs and Diplomacy at ABU Zaria(08-10), Law on Combating Terrorism Course at Defense Institute of International Legal Studies Newport Rhodes Island USA (Mar-Apr 12), National Defence College Nigeria (16-17) andSenior Defence Management Course (DS Comparative) at College of Defence Management, Secundrabad, India as well as MPhil Security and Strategic Studies from NDA (19-20).
3. Air Vice Marshall DD Pwajok has held several appointments commensurate to his rank and experience. These include Communication officer 403 EMD Shasha (96-97), OC Communication Squadron 81AMG Benin (97-99) and OC Communication Squadron HQ NAF Camp Lagos (02-03). Others are CO Frequency Management Centre 403 EMD Shasha (09-11), CO Dalet Battalion NDA Kaduna (11-12), Deputy Director Space Technology HQ NAF (12 - 14), Ag Director Launch Services and Space Ops DSA (2014 - Mar 16) Deputy Director Communications HQ NAF (Sep 17- Oct 17), Deputy Director Force Management HQ NAF (17-19) and Directing Staff NDC Nigeria (19 - 21). He also served as Director Information Technology HQ NAF (Mar 21 - Jan 22), Nigerian Air Force Ombudsman (Jan 22 - Jun 23) and Director Technical Intelligence (Jun 23 - Sep 24). He also served as Director of Communication Headquarters Nigerian Air Force from (Dec 24 - Aug 25) and served as DirectorElectronics Engineering Research at Air Force Research and Development Institute in (Aug 25 - Nov 25). He is currently the Chief of Communication Information Systems.
4. Medals and honours awarded him are fdc(+), CORGN, MNIM as we as FSS, MSS, DSS, GSSand Golden Jubilee medals among others. Air Vice Marshall David Dung Pwajok is happily married to Mrs Abigail Pwajok and blessed with 4 sons. His hobbies are playing and watching golf in addition to reading and viewing documentaries.
