1. Air Vice Marshal Abraham Ogebe Adole was born on the 6 May 1970 in Kaduna State. He hails from Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State. Upon completion of his primary and post primary schools education, the senior officer proceeded to the School of Basic Studies, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Thereafter, he was admitted into the foremost Premier Military University in Africa, the Nigerian Defence Academy on 12 September 1987, as a member of 39 Regular Combatant Course. Later, on the 25 September 1993, he was commissioned as a Pilot Officer of the NAF, having bagged a Bachelor of Science Degree Honours in Chemistry. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Bayero University Kano and a Master of Science Degree in National Security and War Studies from National Defence University, Islamabad. He progressed steadily through the ranks and was promoted to the enviable rank of AVM of the NAF on 26 November 2020.
2. AVM Adole attended both Military and Professional Courses at home and abroad. Some the courses include:
• Primary and Basic Flying Training at 401 FTS Kaduna and 403 FTS Kano respectively.
• Advanced Helicopter Flying Course in South Africa.
• Junior and Senior Staff Courses at the prestigious AFCSC Jaji-Nigeria.
• Airbus AS332 Super Puma Helicopter Type Rating at Stravanger Norway.
• Instrument Rating Course at Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT) in Zaria.
• Certified Flight Instructor Course in the USA
• National Security and War Course in Pakistan.

3. As a seasoned Combat Pilot as well as Certified Flying Instructor Pilot with Thousands of Flying Hours to his credit, the very senior officer has flown 12 aircraft types, both in and outside NAF inventory. Some of these include:
• Air-beetle (ABT-18) Aircraft.
• TB-9 Tampico Aircraft.
• L-39ZA Albatross Jet Aircraft.
• Robinson 22 Helicopter Arcraft.
• Schweizer 300CBI helicopteer Aircraft.
• Augusta Westland 109LUH & 109E helicopters.
• Mi-24V/35P Attk Hels and
• Airbus AS332 Super Puma Helicopter.
4. In the course of his chosen military career, AVM Adole has served the nation in several capacities, among which include:
• Pilot and GOO at different times at the 115 SOG PH.
• GOO as well as a Commander at the 205 Reconnaissance Group.
• Commander at the Helicopter Detachment in NAF Base Yola.
• Force Operations Officer at the HQ Air Task Force in Maiduguri.
• Command Operations Officer at the HQ MC NAF.
• Principal Staff Officer to CAS at the HQ NAF Abuja.
• Director of Training at the HQ NAF.
• Chief of Staff at the HQ ATC NAF.
• Deputy Theatre Commander - Op Hadin Kai in Maiduguri.
• Director of Policy at the HQ NAF, an appt he held before his current appt as the 42nd AOC TAC NAF.
5. The distinguished senior officer has to his credit several awards and certificates. These include:

7. AVM Abraham Ogebe Adole is happily married to Dr. Mrs Tracy Adole and the marriage is blessed with a lovely daughter, Miss Alicia. His hobbies include flying, operating computers, reading, writing, angling, swimming, and badminton.
