BACKGROUND

1. Air Vice Marshal Olasunkanmi Rasheed Abidoye was born on 18 April 1968 at Lagos. He hails from Offa in Offa Local Government Area of Kwara State, North Central Nigeria. He was admitted into the Nigerian Defence Academy as a member of Regular Course 39 on 12 September 1987 and commissioned into the Nigerian Air Force as plt offr in 19 September 1992.
