1. Air Vice Marshal Iboro Harry Etukudo was born on 10 December 1965. He hails from Ikot Abasi Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. He was admitted into the Nigerian Defence Academy as a member of the 39th Regular Course on 12 September 1987 and was commissioned into the Nigerian Air Force as a pilot officer on 19 September 1992 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics.
