1. Air Vice Marshal Abiola Ilemobayo Amodu was born on 10 September 1971, in Ikeja, Ikeja Local Government Area of Lagos State. He had his nursery education at Air Force Nursery School, Kano from 1975 to 1977 and his primary education at Air Force Primary School, Kano and Air Force Primary School, Victoria Island, Lagos from 1977 to 1982. In 1982, he gained admission into Air Force Military School, Jos, Plateau State, where he had his secondary education and obtained his West African Examination Council School leaving certificate in 1987. Air Vice Marshal Amodu was enlisted into the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, in 1988 as a member of 40th Regular Combatant Course and was commissioned Pilot Officer on 23 Sep 93. Thereafter, he was deployed to the Aircraft Engineering Specialty and progressed steadily in rank to his promotion to the rank of Air Vice Marshal on 10 Sep 20.
