Air Officer Commanding Air Training Command

1.      The Air Officer Commanding, Air Training Command, Nigerian Air Force Kaduna is Air Vice Marshal Mohammed Adamu Idris. He is a seasoned combat fighter Pilot. Apart from his Abinitio Pilot, Jet flying and conversion training in the Nigerian Air Force, he also received tactical and air combat training on F7 aircraft (Chinese variant) at the 4th College Shijiazhuang and Changzhou China respectively.

2.      Prior to his appointment as the 36th Air Officer Commanding (AOC) Tactical Air Command (TAC) he has held several positions in the NAF. Some of these include: Acting Commander 99 Air Combat Training Group (ACTG) Kainji now 407 ACTG. He served as Commander 64 Air Defence Group (ADG) now 101 ADG and thereafter Senior Air Staff Officer, Tactical Air Command. Before appointed as the Air Officer Commanding Tactical Air Command, he held the post of Director of Training Headquarters Nigerian Air Force, Abuja. The senior officer has the following decorations: DSS, RBS, GSM, fndu, and Mss. He is currently the Air Officer Commanding Air Tactical Command (ATC).

3.      The Senior Officer is married and blessed with children. His hobbies include: Flying, Jogging, Reading and Watching Documentaries.
